Additional fees

The package fees above exclude costs related to travel, accommodation, and larger school surcharge.

1

The VBE implementation process is carried out both online and in person (audits, seminars, training sessions, and workshops). As such, costs arise for travel (flights, trains, and transfers) and accommodation (hotels or guesthouses) of VBE experts. These expenses are covered by the host school.

Within the same region or country, such costs typically range from £420 to £660 (depending on the selected package). International travel and accommodation costs vary depending on location and the number of experts required.

2

Where the number of teaching staff exceeds 30–40, seminars and training sessions must be delivered in smaller groups. An additional charge of £1,320 applies for every subsequent group of up to 30 participants.

3

Any transaction costs arising from international payments, currency conversion, or cross-border transfers shall be borne by the host institution.
