About Ilgiz Mukhitdinov
Ilgiz began his career as an English Language teacher in a secondary school. In 2019, he earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Manchester, where his dissertation examined the quantitative impact of Values-Based Education (VBE) on primary schools in the UK.
In 2021, Ilgiz joined Warwick Projects to contribute to a groundbreaking initiative: developing an innovative primary school educational concept designed as an alternative to conventional primary school franchises. Since then, he has remained a cornerstone of Warwick Projects, bringing immense value through his extensive global network of educational professionals, a genuine passion for VBE, and a deep understanding of its transformative benefits for hundreds of schools worldwide. His expertise also includes practical knowledge of how to effectively implement VBE in diverse school settings.
Ilgiz’s interests extend to educational architecture and interior design, areas in which he has participated in numerous CPD sessions. He regularly advises clients on new building projects, helping them align their infrastructure with modern educational needs.
